Appraised value: 950K, selling for 820K

Appraised value: 660K, selling for 560K

Appraised value: 600K, selling for 500K. have a rent to own tenant ready to move into and he has 10K to put down. Refi to purchase in 2 years for 550K.

I have two books that changed my life: Think and Grow Rich and The Secret. Currently ready Joel Osteen's books and I am really enjoying them and like what he has to say. I am not a holy roller and neither are his books. Easy to read and easy to apply as are with the other two books.

Is o'le wind bag Armando Montelongo making any more shows? I saw a previous aired showed last week end and I was wondering if he is still making new ones.

A big bag of wasted air as far as I am concerned.

Has anyone heard of or dealt with "nobankredtape"? Is this just another lease to own course?

I buy/hold/flip. Have sources of private money for commercial deals from 1MM to 50MM. Home mortgages 75K to 400K, no money down, no credit checks.
