Thanks @Robin Simon

That’s my gut feel as well since I see multiple rental properties coming up everyday. The market is indeed very challenging. We had to reduce our rent twice and make it the most competitive before we were able to lock down the rent.

Tenants have a lot of good options currently.

Are the chances any better in San Antonio?

Thanks Ryan for your suggestion. I have a couple of properties in Round Rock. One of them went through a touch up and it took me 6 months to get a new tenant. Hence for the new investment I was thinking of buying a property with tenants in there.

Do you have any suggestions for realtors who deal with investment properties ?

Appreciate your assistance.

Hello Friends, I am looking for a tenant occupied SFH/Townhome/Condo to buy as investment property. Whats the best way to go forward with this? I would be interested in the Austin / San Antonio area.

Thanks for the help.
