I use quotations because I'm not sure if it's even a real thing anymore. I know what it is, but is it obsolete?

Bigger Pockets Family -

So there's this rumor floating around about finding 2 or more investors -AT ONE TIME - being virtually impossible. Is this true? Or are my REI mentors just burned and bitter?

Bigger Pockets Family -

I have another question...

While I immensely happy with my current state of employment, I would like to obtain a unique opportunity that is rich in information. (Extra cash never hurt either!)

Which would I get a better information/experience from; being a virtual assistant part-time or beginning the stages of becoming a wholesaler?

BiggerPockets Family -

I have a question. As a newbie, I don't have enough capital to complete my first deal. HOWEVER, I just heard about wholesaling and how that may be the best option for me. Any tips or advice for a novice REI?

@Alejandro Gibbs Thank you so much!! Please check your email (spam, too).

@Jack Butala I feel a lot better in this new venture, now - thank you!!

Hi BiggerPockets Community!!

My name is India Weatherspoon.

I started my career in the digital marketing space about 8 years ago - helping firms monetize their new and existing data -  in the finance vertical.

About a year ago, I learned about the tremendous opportunities and growth potential the RE industry holds. After months of research, I found my rightful place in the fintech (finance through technology) REI space and I couldn't be happier!!
