Hello everyone,

I just finished listening to the audio book "Tax Free Wealth." Great book! Highly recommend! But I am realizing I may need a better accountant... Looking for recommendations on CPAs that you have had great experiences and returns with. I am located in Florida. Thank you in advance!

hello all! I am interested in learning more about residential assisted-living. I’m located in South Florida. And like many others I’ve listened to A few podcasts and YouTube videos regarding RAL. I’m considering purchasing the home online course from the RAL Academy... For those of you that have purchased this course, would you recommend this to be a good investment?

@Matthew Forrest I would love to invest in my backyard! And have tried, and I’m still trying. But the marker here is crazy hot. Everyone wants to invest in Florida, including a lot of bigger investors with much more appealing offers than me. So not very many deals here, maybe a few in Tampa/Orlando still. But every decent deal has multiple offers.. so that’s why I’m exploring outside of Florida :) in interested in investing somewhere I can get good cash flow..

Any investors in Bethlehem, PA? How is that market working for you? I’m out of state and interested in the city, wondering how it’s working for others and any other information you may think is worth knowing about the city. Thanks in advance !!

Hello fellow investors,

I live in Fort Lauderdale, and purchased a duplex in 2019. I turned it into 4 units, I live in one of the units, long term rent one unit, and AIRBNB the other two units. I am ready to start working towards the next investment. The South Florida market is very hot right now and I am open to investing out of state. I am also open to SFH & multifamilies. So my questions to other investors: WHERE ARE YOU FINDING SUCCESS RIGHT NOW? HOW ARE YOU FINDING GOOD DEALS IN YOUR MARKET? Thank you in advance!

Hi,

I am interested in connecting with someone who

Knows a realtor/wholesaler they would recommend with experience in short term rentals, recommended areas in Tampa, Fl, specifically near the buccaneers stadium (open to other areas) that would attract tourists/travelers/Airbnb kind of business. I am interested in investing. I have experience in multi families, but am open to SFH or apartments with flexible HOA rules. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the tips! I am aware of the laws in my area and I have the green light! The property is near the airport/cruise port/beaches/downtown. The plan is to self manage unless there are those days where the units will need to be turned over before I can get to them. I work full time.

Hey ya'll,

I close on a mutlifamily in two weeks. It consists of two studios and two 2/1's. And a huge yard this is divided into little private patios for each unit. I plan to use them as AIRBNBs/VRBO/other forms STRs. This is my first property ever, so I was hoping someone can share any systems or strategies that you have found works for you. Thanks in advance!
