So I just rented a new place in Colchester, VT. After I paid everything I needed to, I was given the key to the apartment, and when I entered I noticed a second microwave in the kitchen. The one that is supposed to be there is above the stove, and the "new" one was sitting next to the stove on the counter. I asked the property manager and he explained that the microwave doesnt work so the landlord gave me this other one. I dont want this though, I want the microwave that is supposed to be there but they wont fix it. The 2 mocrowaves look terrible. Also, after I signed the lease, the landlord crossed off the part that says "microwave" with pen and wrote in next to it "countertop microwave only". She also signed under that, but I did not.

Is there anything I can do about this, or am I stuck with 2 microwaves?
