Seeking advice! I currently have a fire damaged property under contract and am having trouble moving it. Its in South Bend IN near Notre Dame. Contracted for a great price, and its just not gaining any traction. Does anyone have some advice as to where i can go to possibly find investors that take advantage of these opportunities??
