Post: Data to compare rental property markets

Hello community,

I am a new investor and I would like to invest in multiple turnkey rental properties. First I would like to compare and narrow down the markers which are great for profitable rental properties and fits best to my investment goals, before starting to look for deals or setting up a local team to do so.

Does anyone know or have an up to date database providing data for let’s say the biggest 50 or 100 cities/metros in the us?

It would be great to compare markets by the common indicators such as:

-Population growth

-unemployment rates

-income rates

-housing prices

-price to rent ratio

-insurance and tax rates

-etc..

It’s quite time consuming to put all the data together myself. Maybe someone did the effort and is willing to share the results?

Any input would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Immanuel
