Hello Everyone, I m looking to see if there is an investor who can help me learn the industry!! I'll buy the coffee :) I've watched the videos lookup multiple properties to train to find a good deal but there is still so much I don't know. I just bought my first house and I'm house hacking and want to get my first rental property in 2022. I'll do the hard work, I just need the guidance!

So if I don’t stay in the property for 2 years won’t I be hit with a high tax? So you’d recommend house hack for a year then move out and make the property a full rental property?

Hey Everyone,

My name is Ilya Schroeder and I live in Maryland looking to start this crazy journey of Real estate investing below I have a question and would love any advice or input thank you ahead of time.

I'm new to all of this and this is actually my first post. So here is the back story. I'm 26 years of age looking to buy my first property in Maryland (200K) is what I was approved for. I am really interested in getting into retail investing as I love the concept and ability to grow your business and cash flow. So with that being said. For someone buying their first property and looking to house hack what property would you recommend and how much should I put down. I've been looking for people to help me on this but most people tell me to speak with realtors but listening to the podcast that isn't the right people to speak to. Most people say rental investments aren't an option when you don't have a huge stockpile of cash.

Id love anyone input thanks
