I have a commercial policy that covers 30 properties. It is through SWBC and I pay about $1,200 per month. I previously had a similar policy with American Modern. I was paying $10,500 per year, but when it came time to renew, they wanted $17,000. I haven't made a claim with either policy, but I am happy with the price. Another nice feature is that they cover vacant houses, which is a huge problem with most insurers.
