My biggest why is to be able to change my family tree. Be able to rich a point that me and my wife we will capable to help others peoples in bigger escale. In the end is not just about the money but be able to change people life.

@Sean Tippens be careful be illegal is just a status. Could be a discrimination if you denied there application just base on legal status. Trust me the best tenants you can have is thous one without legal status in order because they stay longer in your unit. Your biggest expense as a landlord is have unit vacant.

@Season PriceSeason Price what come easy go easy. Focus in self education, read as many book you can, understand numbers but on the mean time work your *** out work 2 jobs if you have too, in the end will be worth it. Real estate is a new journey do your best to enjoy each step as much you can.

Is a good  book in this subject (invest in  real state with no money down) from from @Brandon Turner. Is always good before u Invest in something read as much book u can and others source of information before action.

I'm new in real state world and I believe that Detroit have a lot off potential for news investors is unbelievable how many people have a bad feeling about Detroit. The  city need a second chance and that's why  I chose Detroit to be the market that I want to invest.
