Hi everyone, I have a personal goal for the year of 2024 of achieving 200K in profit from flipping properties before Dec 31, 2024. 

I wanted to know what the everyone's thoughts are on accomplish this goal. With the right plan anything is possible. Has anyone been able to accomplish something similar? How did you get there?

I generally try to stay in MD. There are quite a few groups in VA that I have been to that are pretty helpful. Meetup.com is a great place to find a few. Also cashflow breakfast club should have one in Fairfax I believe.
