Hey all,

I recently purchased a home, and the whole process drove me into learning about real estate investing. I'd love to get started, but a lot of the cash I had in hand went into the downpayment of my home. Ideally, I'd like to tap into the equity of my home to use as funding, but the problem is that I only have 10% equity. A lot of options I've been seeing, like HELOC and Home Equity loans, require an LTV of around 85-90%, so I was wondering if there were any creative ways I could still leverage the existing equity in the home?
