Hello BP contributors-

I am interested in multifamily investment properties in both the Stockton, CA & Sacramento, CA areas. Ideally I am in the market for 5-20 unit properties with 85%+ economic occupancy. I am not opposed to properties that require some repair & maintenance work but do not want to undertake large scale renovation projects.

I would appreciate the contact information of RE agents in the area who work in multifamily investment inventory to discuss the market and investment opportunities in better detail. 

Hello Everyone-

I am a new multifamily property investor and I am currently analyzing listings in the Tucson, AZ & San Diego, CA area with the hopes of closing on my first property in Q1 of 2018. I'd appreciate advice from the BP Multifamily investor world on how to make accurate and conservative estimates on how much $$ I should expect to allocate towards capex/repairs. 

If you have some rules of thumb and general guidance to go by, that would help!

I am fairly new to the real estate development/home builder market. A client of mine inherited a relatively large amount of land in the Southern California area (San Diego, Orange Count and Riverside County), ranging from 12 to 398 acres and wants to either put this inventory to use or offload it. I would love to speak with experienced real estate developers and home builders to get some guidance on where to start.
