Thank u so much I’ve seen post about them just wasn’t sure of legitimacy I’ll definitely check it out.

I am also very good at gathering people and settling big crowds. I can usually draw attention at a meeting, and I’m known for the respect I have amongst and reciprocated to my peers. When it comes to analysis I get the best understanding writing things down and seeing it done in front of me. lastly, I want to use my age to my advantage when getting into the real estate game, because time really is every thing to me. (Most of what I know is from YouTube videos and books I’ve read, and am still reading)

Thanks I appreciate this response and for any one reading , I’m a certified welder myself but I do have a few close friends in the trade fields and also have a lot of family and friends with above average construction knowledge aswell and also home a improver, I have a keen eye for detail but no certification for it that’s all. I can help with a lot when it comes to property maintenance and doing Flips. I want to get into multi family apartments though.

I’m 18, I live in Fairfield county but I’m willing to drive anywhere to learn or to take on the opportunity to get into real estate investing looking for people to lead me in the right direction or just get me in contact with the people who can. Goal for me is to gain my portfolio to 7+ figures
