We have done most of what you've suggested. Our biggest problem is not finding a list, but rather one comprised of our target audience.

Are there any worthwhile companies out there? I work for a website. We are looking for new ways to contact potential members. We are specifically looking for Agents/Brokers/Attorneys etc. All must have verifiable REO experience.
We have bought several lists from a few different companies with little or no ROI.
Does such a source truly exist?

Get a job when people fall for their schemes. What amazes me is the sheer number of people that get angry with you for pointing out they fell for a scam. Even when presented with proof, they don't believe you. One of the longest running scams I know of is the one about disney microsoft the gap etc will pay you for your email address. I love how they add "My friend is a lawyer and he/she says this is legit".

This is a great place. I've only been here a few days myself. The people here are very welcoming and very helpful. I know you'll love this place. Good luck with investing. Let us know how it goes for you.

I am not an investor yet. However, my company brokers deals between investors and lenders or others with REO pools as well as with agents/brokers with individual properties to sell.

I will start investing at some point, just no time or money. I don't want to do it halfway. I'd rather take my time and do it right.
