The permanent foundation is needed for the house.

We're about to launch the STR project as to the pre-fabricated homes installation in VA. Each home is 700 sq. ft, has two bedrooms, and is fully furnished. The home is installing within two days. Our understanding is to find the land on the recreational area in the mountains, ocean coast or sightseeing.

We are looking for land to install the pilot. What do you recommend, given the zoning and codes/requirements for STR in VA.
