Thanks guys! I'm happy to know there are some other new people here, so I don't feel so alone in here. LOL! Well, I worked as an appraisal report processor. Once I was in there, I lost interest in the appraisal side and gained a greater interest in to the investing side. There was a gentleman who closed a million dollar property, and from then on I wanted to do investing. I was interested in learning how to buy fixer uppers and then flip 'em, or manage and rent properties.

Right now, I work as a virtual operator for Real Estate Investors and Property Managers. I take their clients when they are unavailable. I'm still learning on the side until I get well versed in investing. I just don't want to jump in. I want to get informed first.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a virtual assistant who has previous experience in real estate performing appraisal services. The whole time I was there, I was daydreaming about buying my own properties while watching all the other investors.

 LOL!

Well, I'm here to learn and share.
So I just wanted to say hello, and get familiar with everyone. :D

If you're looking for a good answering service that can take messages based off a script, why don't you just go with Full Scope? They have professionally trained operators around the clock, free unlimited message delivery, caller ID, and you even get free service with them.

I'm not really sure how it works cuz I've never had to use an answering service, but I know a good number of people who are very happy with them because they have either very low monthly payments or free service with them.
I know someone who only pays $49 a month with 'em.
