Hi John,

If it is reotrans.com you were referring to, this is MLS listed properties that have already been through the auction and gone back to the bank. This is really not helpful for what you are inquiring about.

Best regards,

Chris

Hi John,

I am partnered with a company in AZ that does this. You can make good money with lower purchase prices in AZ. I am looking for partners with capital, so that I can do more deals, more often. Not only will we do the research and bidding, but I will manage the rehab (if even necessary) and flip of the property. you can be as hands off or hands on as you like. Let me know if you want me to send you info and details. Send me a PM and we can speak on the phone if you like.

Best regards,

Chris

Yes, it is amazing. Unfortunately it means a lot of good people are losing their homes. At least I can help some of them avoid foreclosure and make a good living along the way!

Nice meeting you!

I have to say that our lists would be pretty much the same InvestorMinded. I will tell you that the only lender I have had an awful time with is Indymac. I would rather work with BofA/CW than Indymac. Maybe you could share a contact at Indymac?

Hi All,

I am experienced in short sales and I am willing to share some of my knowledge with those who are interested in this area.

Bye for now!
