So a buddy from college is looking into buying a 3 unit home we used to rent in college. It’s listed at 80k rn, his got the money for down payment and can finance it. Problem is his international and he can’t get a loan from the bank. Is there ways around this where he can get private money somewhere to finance? The seller already declined his offer for seller financing and now it’s listed on the market. Welp!! What are some options we could pursue??

How does one with no RE experience find a real estate investor to offer a bird dog services in hopes of mentorship in return? I’m currently doing DoorDash so gain extra capital on the side while I prepare to become a full time agent. How can I use to this to my advantage??

Hi my name is Iddi Kaumba a local here in Lexington, KY. For the past few months I’ve been preparing to become a RE. I’ve been doing plenty of research to ensure I succeed in this field. (Shout to the BiggerPockets podcast guys you’ll are amazing!) Anyways, while preparing I figured DoorDash is great source of income for a side hustle. While making my deliveries I keep my eye out for rent signs, for sale signs, old homes that could be whole-sold, the competition far as brokers selling, etc.. I don’t plan on jumping into RE full time until early 2021, so how could I use DoorDash to spot deals or give me an idea of what to expect?
