Thanks for reaching out to me by letting me know that there will be a meetup, but it is a little to steep for my blood right now, because I am just moving back to the Bay after 3 years in Ohio with my daughter (longer story involving that). I actually don't have a place to live and have been living from house to house of relatives, and you know you can't live anywhere for free. ☺

Is there anything that I can do that doesn't COST right now? I will even consider being a birddog for you in this area. 

I would love to buy RE out of Ca, because it so expensive here, but this is where the money would be and can be made. 

I hope you get a chance to answer me no matter when.

I am a 55 year old that is looking to learn how to buy and flip homes in the Bay Area.

I have read and read and re-read, viewed videos and learned about funding, now I believe that I am ready to make a deal, but would feel better if I knew where to look.

I am open to suggestions on where to start ☺
