Hi Chad, you have to take a objective look on your options. Do you want to keep your house, does it make financial sense to keep it. If you want to keep it look for creative ways to get enough income from it to cover the bills.( rent, rent the whole house or rent rooms in the house and the garage and yard if you can)
You may qualify for a Loan Modification
It all depends on the details of your situation.

Is there ANYTHING that YOU would fight for? Anything at all?

Mike i am with you on this one. I can't believe people have become so dull and complacent. This country is still the best in the world and we have to fight to keep it. People have to pull their blind fold and snap out of their daze. You are right we have a communist government and we elected them. It is time to wake up before it is too late...

I wouldn't count on it. Iran doesn't allow it's citizens to own firearms. Who does that sound like?

We better wake up as a nation and stand up for our freedom, we have become lazy and are expecting the government to take care of us. If we don't use our freedom and give more power in the government we are done.

The tide is rising now on the 3rd wave.... those who had great credit, but now have issues because of job losses etc.

To Read The entire story Go to:http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/Investing/CompanyFocus/coming-a-3rd-wave-of-foreclosures.aspx

It is a pretty good read...

The third wave is well on it's way the Alt-A mortgages are at 50%+ default and many more will walk from their homes that are now worth far less than what they owe.
