Hi Steven,

It would be a pleasure, I greatly appreciate your kind gesture. I’d like to set up an introductory networking call with you if possible. I’ll await your response with instructions on how you’d like to proceed. Thanks.

Hello, I am starting my investment journey and I've set my eyes on Cleveland, OH.  I wanted to reach out to the community for advice, tips, or pointers. I wanted some thoughts on the following questions;

1. I've done the research and established the good vs bad areas of the city and some of the challenges.  If anyone is familiar with the city, I'd appreciate your take as well.

2. What are your thoughts on investing in cities with declining population and high unemployment rates? Cleveland would fit this bill as its been declining since the 1950's.

Thank you to all who respond and if you have anything else to add outside of these points, I'm all ears.
