Hello everyone,

Looking to get into real estate investing for the first time. I want to buy a two-plex and live in one of them (I need at least 3bd for myself). However, I am priced out of all the nicer and desirable neighborhoods (Want to stay under 450K) . 

I am now thinking to buy a property with air-bnb potential like in a basement. 

Any real estate agents you guys can recommend who can assist with such requests? I am also open to rehab options.

Very encouraging to see these articles. Jacksonville is so huge, its hard to narrow down one/two  particular zip codes or zip codes. What are the hottest neighbourhoods that are trending upwards in the next 2-3 years?
