Im also Interested as how they get access as well. I know they dont get thousands of people to go to the courts to input this info. They get access somehow.

Just wanted to update My Findings so far on My Divorce Campaign.

I decided to do a 4 touch Campaign at a rate of 1 time a month. I tried 1 time a week and i was sending mail pieces out that were the wrong addresses. so id have 2 or even 3 mail pieces out before i got that first piece back telling me it was a wrong address. So alot of wasted postage and materials and time. So Once a month it is. (For me at least).

2: I figured that sometimes they might make up that first month. (Belive me i know from experience). So i send the first mail piece out to plant the seed. Also these are general mail pieces nothing indicating divorce...

3: You can get divorce list from alot of scources just Google it.... Im gonna hold judgment from who i am using because for one its my first divorce campaign so im still testing and measuring my responses. Also i am only on the second touch/drip. Ill let everyone know after my 4 touch my responses/returned mail etc...

Hello BP Investors, I have been Direct Mailing to Probate for about 6 months now. Tried a few list providers. My question is this. After a breif Search from the search bar about probates and looking through about 10-15 treads i came across a few comments that caught my attention.

1: Was from Rick Harmon. The Poster was talking in reference of his returned mail pieces and Rick said " I've done pretty well collecting and skip tracing nixies, the returned mail you speak of. There's gold in them thar nixies." Please Rick or anyone with experience explain how i can turn my returned mail pieces into "Gold"

2: Im tired of wasting time on postage because of returned mail and bad or outdated lists, I have tried to go down to the court house and pull records but the lady and everyone i talk to there just treat me like im a "POS" especially when i bring my laptop out to input the information into an excell spreadsheet. I even had security called on me and was told that i need to leave. Evedently they had other people trying to get data before me? IDK , But my question is this Who in Southern California Knows the most effiecient way to go gather Probate info and process through the court house without being treated like your doing something illeagal?

For those with experience in campaigning to Divorcee's, What are your Touch rates and how often do you touch a prospective seller? For example 8 touch campaign at 1 a week? or 6 touch campaign at 1 a week for the first 4 weks then taper off to 1 a month? Please any good info on this type of campaign is welcome. Also how successfull were you at that rate? Thanks again
