Found some good investors at a local meet up so my question is:

What are some good things I can offer as a newbie?

Yard clean up ?

Driving for dollars?

Would like more suggestions!

Unfortunately with my work schedule it would have to be things I could do after 4 pm and on weekends.

Post: What would you do in my shoes??? 14000 in debt.

I currently have been working as much as I can and am paying off 14,000 of credit cards. Dumb decisions but that is the situation. I am 26. Making just about 32000 a year.

Would you pay off all debt before investing?

Pay of some and invest?

Invest right away?

would love to hear your thoughts.

David

Carl,

I'm a young student in Reno at the moment. Please let me know if there is anyway I can provide value to you. I'm very eager to learn and have absolutely no experience.

hey Daniel!

Welcome! Investing internationally must be pretty tough! These forums are amazing! I am learning so much.

I myself have done any deals yet, but doing lots of research on how I will start in coming months. I'm eager to learn and get my real estate career started. If there is anyway I can provide you some value just let me know. I am currently a 7 hour drive from Boise.

Just curious to see what your thoughts are. I am in Reno NV. I am 23. 4,000 saved to start real estate investing. May not seem like much but feels like a ton for me currently at my age. If you were starting from scratch at my age with $4,000 what would you do? And, Why?

Thanks so much for your thoughts
