Hi All,

I'm considering building a B grade duplex in small town NC and wondering what the sweet spots are in terms of sq ft, BDR, and Bath. What are the optimal combos of these? What's the lowest sq ft/least cost that brings the highest income? Any ideas would be appreciated!

HI All,

My property manager in Raleigh, NC seems to have dropped off the map. She doesn't respond to calls or emails and I haven't received a statement for 2 months. Does anyone know of a good lawyer in Raleigh that can help me take care of this?

Hey Guys,

I am new to BP but have been investing in Raleigh for a while, mostly duplex and single family buy and hold as well as two flips. In the past year or so I have become more interested in Oxford (and other small towns in NC like Roxboro, Salisbury, Henderson) because Raleigh seems to be a bit inflated right now. Last summer I bought a duplex in Oxford that's doing quite well. Let me know if you have some good stuff for sale in Oxford, I would be interested to analyse it.
