Hey Chris,

Your reply was the most awesome reply I could have ever asked for!!! You really went in depth with your answer and helped me to understand the purpose of the LLC a whole lot better because before your reply, I was extremely confused so thank you for that. I mean I seriously appreciate that!!!

I just want to know if someone can explain to me the importance of creating the LLC so that I can fully understand the concept. For example, why can't a wholesaler or houseflipper get paid without the LLC? And what is the process in creating this LLC for your business? Will I need to get a copyright and trademark as well?

@Frank Patalano I’m a be honest what’s holding me back from buying my first property is the fact that my credit score is super low and so is my income. However, I became a Pro member yesterday and I’m going to dedicate my time and effort into figuring this out. If you have some good advice for me I would greatly appreciate it.

Do I need to have a job in order to get started in real estate investing? I recently got let go by my former employer due to a family medical emergency where I had no more FMLA left. I state that because that situation left a sour taste in my mouth to the point where I want to put in the work to financial free and not have to work for someone else but I’m not sure if I actually need a job in order to do this. Please comment and give me your insight/perspective.

I am new starting out in wholesaling and I’m curious to some of the skip tracing methods that can be used when looking to contact owners from your list of potential sellers. Does anyone have any suggestions on this topic?
@Chris Lemire I would really like to learn from the two of you because this story is truly inspiring and extremely motivating.

Post: Coming across deals without buyers

Hey everyone, I’m a bit perplexed because I come across deals all the time whether it be fix and flips that I’m looking to wholesale to a potential investor or vacant Lots that investors can build from the ground up but it seems rather difficult to find buyers that are actually serious about obtaining properties. I know that I need to do more networking events to gain more buyers but is there any other solutions that anyone can think to where you don’t have to go through the headache as much of people beading around the bush and not actually being serious about investing. Thank you Ian

Hey everyone, I’m curious to know besides networking events and basic word of mouth, what are some of the way to find cash investors especially when you know you come across deals all the time that most cash investors would be interested especially after doing the data?
