Hello my Minnesota people! Would anyone recommend a Real Estate Attorney or Title company who have experience with Subject to deals? Or in other words, transferring the Deed to a property, without closing out the underlying mortgage? Thank you in advance! :D

Hello everyone! I am new to the Mankato area and super excited to start my investing journey here.
