Hello I am currently looking to move to the Fort Worth and Dallas area. I currently live in Chicago so I have no experience in Texas real estate. I was looking for some tips or a texas realtor to answer some questions. 

What is everyone’s opinion on investing in Little Village? Does it look like it could be a nice area like Pilsen? 

What does everyone think about the housing market right now? Would it make more sense to wait it out before buying anything to see how the housing prices changes?

@John Clark I work at a hospital and unfortunately we have limited information on how to clean for covid-19. Your best bet would be to clean it with bleach. If you wanted you could get some sani-cloth wipes for surfaces just make sure you use gloves with them.
