Good morning team, I wanted to share that I recently purchased a house

in Palatka, Florida. However, I am currently facing significant

difficulties in finding a tenant for the property. The house is a

2-bedroom, 2-bathroom with 1200 sqft of space, fully furnished, and it allows dogs. The

rent is set at $2200 per month. I would greatly appreciate any pointers

or advice you may have to help me with this rental situation. Thank you!

I started my journey in real estate investing a couple of months ago and was able to find deals in Puerto Rico, but haven't moved on any of them since my EIN is taking a long time to process. I cant help but feel that I need more structure and that I am missing something. Is there anyone out there that can help me find my way and become successful. However, I am starting literally with nothing.

I'm looking into opening an LLC, but i do not know if it would be beneficial for me to open it in Puerto Rico (some family friends are trying to get rid of some of the properties) or opening it in Massachusetts since also i have a property in there. are other state a better option? Where do you guys think it would be more beneficial?

Thank you guys for your words and wisdom. I am currently in Africa and I will be living here for a year doing some contracting jobs. But I started saving some money for the future. I am hoping to save from 20-30K for my next purchase/ investment. 

I fell in love with real estate almost three years ago. I currently work as a military contractor, Real estate Agent in MA and I am also currently looking to get my license in CA due to a sudden move. I have been reading and listening to Brandon Turner and Grant Cardone for almost a year and believe that it is time for making a real move to investing. Thank you for all your help in advance.
