Thanks, @Brian Garrett!  I need to re-evaluate.

@Christina Luton I'm having this same issue on a SF rental property I own in Kansas City. I moved the property into an LLC after renovating/before renting it and recently looked to cashout refi through the original bank only to find out the property must be titled in my name for a minimum of 6 months prior to closing. @Brian Garrett Do you know what I'll have to sacrifice by going with a port. loan?  I'm trying to figure out if I should re-title in my name and wait 6 months or continue to limit my liability and risk less favorable loan terms.....#learning

Thanks, @Tiffany Alexy ! I'm looking forward to it.  See you soon.

Thank you, @Eric Weireter !  This is very helpful.

Hello BP!  I'm BP fan and new RE investor with one SF deal under my belt.

I recently relocated (for work) to Raleigh, NC and am working to enter the MF space in an effort to meet my commitment of generating passive income equal to my active income...with ease.  : )

I'm looking forward to connecting with folks in the Raleigh, NC or RTP area who have MF experience/exposure!

As more background on myself...I work for a global engineering/construction company.  I love mountain biking, fitness and world travel.  My wife works for a global consumer goods company and is a travel "influencer/blogger" on the side.

PM me if interested in coffee/lunch! Thank you BP for creating a space to do this!
