Why not ask the person who has experience in that area and will be managing your property what she uses?

She did it a while back and just collected checks directly from tenants.

Hi all, Im new here. My name is Ian and I live in Littleton, CO. I'm a used vehicle manager at a local Subaru dealership full time and I purchased my first home (single family) in 2019. I have been renting the second and third bedroom to my friends since then and that covers my mortgage. My goal like many members on here is to achieve financial freedom through real estate. I am under contract on my first rental property in Abilene, TX. I have some extended family there and it was the right first step for me. My brothers mother in law has experience with property management and will be handling that end.

There are so many different avenues to screen and collect the rent from the tenant(s). Im curious if anybody can recommend what has worked well for them? As of right now I am leaning towards "avail" to screen and manage this.

My next step on the real estate journey is either a flip, BRRRR, or larger scale house hack. Thanks BiggerPockets for providing the resources to make success in this industry attainable!
