I am not able to post a photo to a listing ad. 

It says it is uploaded, but then tells me I must attached at least one photo. 

Is this a related issue?

Roughly 10k/unit. $100k+ 

Average rents in area are $950

No laundry hookups in units. Is an area in courtyard for coin operated to be added for additional income. 

Don’t believe lawncare was factored in but appears minimal.

Thank you Derek. I think I was just thrown by the assumption of 100% financing vs a significant down payment and how the numbers were affected.

@Dennis M. Thank you for your input. I think you're right, the commercial aspect may be the reason it has been on the market longer than others. 

I'm on the fence about becoming a landlord. 

Property not in the greatest area, but obviously showing great cash flow with long term tenants. 

Any words of wisdom much appreciated!!
