My wife has an investment property in Fairfield. I want to find a property in that general area that is both our primary residence and either an existing ADU or space to build an ADU. I am using the usual sources to find a property and I have an agent helping as well.

I want to put this out there to all of you experts!  I am using every method I know (and some I am just learning about) to find an investment property in the Fairfield, Vacaville, Napa areas.  It's tough going out there as we all know.  I'm sending out good vibes to all of you to help me in my search...:-)
