So iv called 5 banks and asked about what they offer as far as FHA and HELOCS and such. Should i already have a property in mind when calling banks. What do you recommend i ask when calling? What should i have written down by the end of the call? I didn't seem to get much info, and feel like i'm not asking enough. Thanks everyone!

I'm going threw some duplex's I've found Interesting that need no work done. Just trying to really narrow down my house hacking plan. What are the normal utility prices in Pittsburgh, PA for lets say a 6 unit 2 bath duplex. And is there way to make tenet's pay any of them. Or if you have any reason I SHOUDN'T make the tenets pay for any of them, being as its duplex and I'm looking house hack it. Any advise and info would really help out!

Also, Ill get better at these post titles one day! lol

Hey Bigger Pockets people! Im 22, and looking to invest in Pittsburgh, PA. Lived on the southeast end all my life so I somewhat understand the market. Iv been learning about real estate for the past month while saving some capitol for my first investment property. My goal is to buy my first by the end of 2021. I Just wanted to know if anyone had tips or anything at all you would tell a first time investor in Pittsburgh, PA. I'm deciding weather to do a house hack with an FHA loan to get a lower down payment among so many other benefits to house hacking. I just wish I could use first time home buyers, but life isn't that easy lol. Or to just find a single family home after I know how much I'm approved for. Any comments at all would help my gurney! Thanks to all!
