HI ALL!

I am turning 18 this year and really interested in property investing. My main and eventual goal is to be a developer, and starts developing residential and commercial buildings.

However, as I am currently a student. I have limited cash, and i am wondering how do i get start out in this? My plan was to start buying small properties in Singapore (which is the country I am from), however to buy a property in Singapore, i would need at least 200k cash upfront.

Any advice from fellow youngsters or advice from the experts would be greatly appreciated!!
