Hey Ryan, I'm also new to REI. I'm not in Florida, but in Texas. I've always wanted to get better at marketing. Any tips from the Digital Marketing Magician? Marketing is one of the areas I really need to learn more about especially on how to market real estate. Do you recommend any books, websites, videos, etc for me to learn from?

As a student, I currently live in an apartment. One of my investing goals is to invest in a duplex or apartment and have someone live there and make enough money from that so it will pay for the expenses of both mine and the other person's monthly renting fees. I would like to learn how to do this especially with little money if possible.

My name is Husnain Shahid and I'm a student at Baylor Dental School. I got my undergrad degree in biology with a minor in business. We don't learn about business/money in dental school so I've decided to try to learn a bit by myself.  I've always been interest in real estate investing, but never knew much about it. I do not have much experience in it except for a small amount I learned from my parents. I'm mainly here to learn so I can start investing!
