The nyc market is a bit too much for me it is possible because anything is possible  if you put the hard work in. But I will do it in the neighboring areas of NJ and upstate because the nyc market is saturated with high rents and new development and a lot of people are ready to move to the neighboring areas.

Thanks for the the reply

Hi everyone I am newbie that will become a buy and hold real estate investor. But I have a lot more learning to do. So I came to the conclusion that I will start wholesaling to learn more about real estate investing while making money at the same time. I know wholesaling will also teach me how to find a good deal as well. Can anyone give me some tips on wholesaling. Every tip will be greatly appreciated thank you

Yes I have

I live in NYC and for a newbie it is too expensive. So I started to look at Philadelphia, parts of New Jersey upstate New York and Delaware

If you or anyone else have any other suggestions of different locations let me know and I will definitely look into those locations
