Greetings. Does anyone have experience with using his/her retirement account to invest in Real Estate? If so, does the entire profit amount have to go into the retirement account or just the amount that is used from the account?

Thanks

4 Bed 2.5 bath 1646 square feet and 6,900 square feet lot. Home needs about $40,000 worth of work. The ARV is around $140K and new construction is around $200K. It is not in a war zone. Seller wants $63K.  Even with all the work that is needed, there is currently a renter occupying the dwelling.

With the lot size does this sound like an attractive deal?

Hello Bigger Pocket family. I have come across a couple of bank owned homes. Can I contact the bank to inquire about the asking price or do I need to ask my agent to do it?

I posted a property via "Postlet". I have deactivated the postlet but the property is still showing on Zillow.  I am still receiving calls from people who are interested in the property. How do I remove the listing from Zillow.  I am currently looking for a contact number for Zillow.

Any advice?
