Hello it’s been a few years since I’ve been on this. I’m 26 and finally getting my life together. I currently own one rental and looking to get more. The market is hot right now and everything I look at is gone by the time I want to make an offer which sucks. 2023 goals are starting a few businesses and getting more into real estate. I recently got my drone license so maybe we can network and line some things u if you need some Ariel photography. I don’t really know many real estate investors but if anyone is local I would love to pick your brain. I would love to get to know more investors and surround myself with more like minded people. @Jeff Cichocki Thanks. Your a lender so how do I find more guys like you? If I couldn’t get a loan through a bank I’m guessing I would have to go through someone who is willing to lend me the money.

@Steve Buckman I do plan to expand over time. The only problem I really see is people can't put a loan in a LLC. So if I started an LLC how would getting a loan work to put the house in the LLC?
