Thanks @Derrick Dill. I did that with my first property now my wife wants to stay in the house we are currently in. I have not ruled that option out though.

I was just wanting to know is there another way to continue growing the number of rental properties without having to put 20% down each time. I hate to drain my savings that low and then it takes forever to save enough to buy another one. I really want to have 15 properties by the time I am 35. Thoughts?? Thanks foe the advice in advance.

I'm Hunter from Murfreesboro, TN and I have been interested in Real Estate since I was a kid, the market really excites me. I orginally got my License in 2007 when the market crashed and just recently retook the test to get it back. I am a outdoors guy that loves weekends at the Lake with my 2 kids and wife when their available. I hope to get to know some experienced investors and gain knowledge on building my investing portfolio.
