@Kerlous Tadres Hey, Kerlous!  I would appreciate that greatly but I do want to preface it by saying I already have a realtor helping me, he just hasn't found anything off-market yet and I was wondering if anyone had any leads for anything going on the market soon that he wouldn't have access to.

Does anyone happen to have any leads on any properties that might make a good STR hitting the market within the next two weeks in northern Ohio (Ashtabula through Sandusky)? Preferably something that is renovated on the interior, where I could focus on adding exterior amenities. Aiming for around 350k max.

Hey, Jaycee, I've only been running it for a couple of months now since I closed but it's been doing about $6000/month in gross rents so far, this month will very likely be closer to $4500-ish since it's by far the worst month of the year for rentals in that area.  I am looking to buy more, my next one will probably be in northern Ohio within the next few months.

Hey, all, is anyone familiar with any good contractors near the Columbus, Ohio area who would be good for various updates I need done on my STR this winter? I just bought it in the fall and am trying to complete a bunch of modifications during off-season (e.g. metal roof, certain safety features, treating the deck, possibly updating the fire pit area, etc). TIA.

I ended up using The Mortgage Shop, LLC! Went well, there were a couple hiccups but they worked hard to overcome them and it turned out alright.
