Hey everybody I am looking to buy my first deal and think house hacking is where I want to start. If anybody has done this in the area what place/ counties would you recommend I look at first?

Cash flow is king. Everybody knows that they just do not want to live that life. But renting out would defiantly be the better move FOR ME. you need to think about what your goals are. Everybody wants to achieve something different, and you are able to do that in real estate. Once you understand your own goals then you can make up your mind.
