I would agree, networking is key. Talking and taking advise from people who are living your current lifestyle is the best way. If you are thinking about getting into real estate the best way in Salt Lake or anywhere would be to house hack. I just closed on one and only came out of pocket 6k for a 500k home.

It is going to depend if you are investing in or out of state. The market is not the best for investors here in Utah, but you can still find great deals. I personally think seller financing is the best way to scale your portfolio. Where you can buy homes with little to no money down. As a local investor and Realtor in the area.

Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Hi Nicholas, I am a local Invester and top Realtor in Salt Lake. I have a few seller finance deals that cash flow that you could get into. I would also be happy to partner with you in the future as well. I have a lot of deals I am able to find with the connections that I have made over the years!

Are you planning on doing this in Ogden Utah. I am a Top Realtor in the area and if you do not know the area. Depending on where you are building you would not get these returns.

Is anybody doing Airbnb arbitrage? I just got my first investment property and am trying to scale more quickly. If anyone has any recommendations on what to do I would love to hear your thoughts!

Hi Mason,

I am a local Realtor,

Personally, I would not sign a BBA unless there is a cancelation contract in place or you know you are the right fit. Most agents do not know about the investing side of real estate. A great way to see if an agent is knowledgeable by asking them a ton of questions. Also see if they have first hand experiance and have done what you are looking to do.

Some example questions to ask an agent if they know. The average days on market, what is the Absorbtion rate for the area, ask them about seller finance questions to see if they are somebody that can help you out.

You can also look to see if they are a top 500 agent or how many deals they have done in the past too.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $210,000
Sale price: $282,000

Me and my best friend flipped a single family home over the summer. We did everything ourselves with help of a few contractors.
