I'm just new in RE field and trying to learn more in flipping house. The area I am concentrating for my first deal is in San Bernardino and Riverside. How do i get the connection with wholesaler in the area or any off-market listing? Please advise and thank you in advance.

Hello everyone, Can you please recommend where is good source to find the wholesale listing in California? I check all Zillow, Redfin, and Craigslist but don't see a lot. Regards, Hung

Hello everyone,

I am just new in Real Estate investment and looking for insight into flipping market. I am learning how to start this new REI. I'm looking for more information about networking with other in order to know more deal available out there and I can get the first deal done.
