I have a house in west wood in Cincinnati and I  want to rehab it and turn it into a rental. Need a electrician, plumber, HVAC, roofer, a carpenter. Need contractors

I am looking at quickbooks & I like quickbooks online I am a little leary about putting bank info & credit card info into sys does anyone use this & is it safe to use?

Hello everyone being tax season I need to write down all my expenses for my rentals does anyone have anything they could send me. I am not to good with computers but I want to begin to use 1. I have been writing it down with a pencill on a spreadsheet from a previous real estate course. I need to step up my game.
