I believe your question requires a common sense right-to-know kind of answer, no matter  what business is taking place between two parties, the free flow of pertinent information should happen before any consideration of any type of offer is expected. In your case, detailed information such as current lese amounts and such terms is pertinent before you can consider to enter into a negotiation of any type. That is just my opinion.

Hi everybody, I'm Hugh and I'm a property manager with a few years of experience. I joined this forum because I feel I could offer some helpful comments every once and a while and also because every one needs help to stay in touch with the market. Like Just today I was looking for a new online rent payment service and someone was asking about Sparkrent, I wanted to put it out there that Sparkrent is leaving the online rent collection business next month. Good and cheap service but no longer in the business. Hope to stay in touch from here on
