@Dean Poff ii How do you declare 'quick claim deed'? Do I just have to mention it to the closing lawyers and pay an extra fee?

Hello, When should an investor register for an LLC if they are applying for a mortgage loan? Shouldn’t the LLC be registered before applying for the mortgage loan since the name on the deed will be the LLC?

There's a property in my radar that seems to be inflated in property tax value comparatively to other surrounding multi-families. This seems to be erroneous. Can you challenge the accessed value and estate tax?

@Ray Johnson Thanks for the reply! Overall, how do you find them in terms of maintenance? I've spoken to a few investors around here, and it seems like they find the white collar tenants with education background and a nice paying job are more demanding, which is a hassle.

@Michael Badin I'm in the process of buying a property. It sounds like you want to structure an LLC first before write down the ownership party on the deed.
