Thanks for your thoughts. If anyone stumbles upon some experience regarding direct mailings or other "undercover strategies", I'd really appreciate any hints.

Hi, 

thats an interesting approach to find property via mailings.. Does that work in the BW area? Do you have an example what you put in that mailing? Just dropping envelopes in postboxes with infos like "Hi, I want to buy a flat in this house and can offer X € - does that match? If you're not the landlord, please forward to the owner!" How would you start out?

definitely! I think the german market differs quite a bit from what you can do overseas in the US. I'd still be interested in getting a bit more knowledge on what can be done in germany / EU.

Hi,

I'm new to these forums but I look for informations that are specific for the german market, as some resources and legal requirements will differ.

I couldn't find a post using the search, but are there any users here that have knowledge for european real estate investing? Is there a useful thread that I missed or a special sub-forum?
