I am looking for a gc or contractor team in KC Missouri that I can rely on with all of my jobs. In the near future I will have many properties in the metro area to renovate. I need a contractor that can get them done for good prices and in a timely manner. I would also appreciate a contractor with experience in getting properties voucher ready as I will accept them. For the most part single family low-income type houses. A lot of very dilapidated houses in the Kansas City Metro area for under 50 thousand. I just don't know if the rehabs are going to completely make those deals not worth it.

When buying a wholesale deal, can that property be purchased with finance? Like a traditional mortgage. Or do you have to purchase these properties 100% cash?

Could any investors in the KC MO area give me an insite of how much it costs to do a full rehab/slight renovation/cosmetic touch ups of rental properties. I am looking to brrrr in the area and want to know what kind of cost the rehabs in the area would look like.
